ISFP

Strengths

Although ISFPs are not natural leaders (preferring instead to take a back seat and let others take the spotlight) they will step up when they feel impassioned to do so.

As an ISFP, you are adaptable and flexible and have a penchant for collaboration, believing the best approach to be changing tactics to fit the needs of the environment. Generally you will allow your staff to determine their own goals and deadlines, rather than imposing your own expectations on them. You build an environment of trust and openness which usually be appreciated by your colleagues.

Areas for Development

Sometimes you lackadaisical approach to tasks may upset staff who appreciate firmness from their leader. To improve, learn to empathise with those who may not see eye to eye with your approach to tasks and deadlines.
